U-Know for a Cause Project

What it is?
- We will be accepting donations that will go to helping the survivors and victims families that have suffered from the earthquake in China. 100% of the donations will be going to tsinghaufoundation.org, where the money will go to the China Red Cross.

The receipt of this donation will be sent to Yunho along with a small present. And everyone that donates will have their name on the list. Yunho doesn’t like fans spending money on him, so this would be the best gift to give him, we would be helping many people as well-- which I’m sure would make Yunho proud.

How this is going to work.
- Send your donations (in USD), no matter how small, to me via paypal or we can figure out another way, such as money orders or checks. Once I have everyone’s donations, I will send it all together to the Tsinghau Foundation under our forum’s name, Yunho-sshi.com and I will then post up the receipt for it, and you can also visit tsinghaufoundation.org to see us listed there for donating.

If you would like to mail me your donation, please PM me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

The set deadline for all donations will be June 20th, 2008. So please send your donations before then.

Genna, about money... I actually dont trust the people collecting money ALL that much. ><" I believe the money gets filtered... do you think if we used the money we donate and buy something like a tent or some resources that can be used when sent over there. I think if we search more things up... we can find something?

But this is just a suggestion, if not... at least we donated something towards them right?

We don't neccessarily have to donate to the tsinghau foundation, there is also World Vision and the China Red Cross, but I tought it would be more convinent through the website and I think it's pretty reliable since google is also donating to them.

I wouldn't go and buy something to send over there because it would be difficult for us to actually get the stuff and have the things delivered.

Donating to one of the earthquake relief programs should be our best option.

^ I've mailed cash before and it got there fine. If you write a note with it and fold the money in the note there's no way anyone can see that there's money inside by looking at it from the outside.

Okay, I'll run it by my Dad and send the money via Paypal soon x).

Sorry dude, I just asked my Dad and he said no *pouts*.
He doesn't want to give money without giving it straight to the Red Cross. He'll give in kind, like medicine and stuff but not cash...meh..
