[FORUM] 1st Anniversary Messages

One year. 365 days. It doesn’t seem like a long period of time, and yet so much has happened in the past year. From the birth of Yunho-sshi Forums to today, we’ve gone a long way, from an unknown forum to an established community where Yunho and TVXQ fans know that they will always be welcomed here.

It hasn’t been easy; with members coming and going, getting the occasional attacks from anti’s, and other forum issues that arises when we least expect it. Our staff team have faced and resolved a countless number of difficulties and problems with me, for that, I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I have to take this moment to say a few words;

To Amy (yunhosarang), our beloved global moderator who does so much for us, my biggest support and helper. Without her Yunho-sshi Forums may have shut down a long time ago.

To estel (estelgrace), our global moderator and best forum promoter ever, her dedication and advertising skills have helped us greatly in becoming such a big forum and have contributed to the success of our projects.

To our translators amelia, ZYRYC, shan_08, NatashaNurtiara, yujun*, erv, danicaaaaa, yunho_princess, Sophia Zhou, evelynn_, ChangminLuvr, sugoi-candy, missjae91, mymiracle, and twinkle-venom like I always say, I don’t know what I would do without these girls. Their commitment and love towards Yunho-sshi cannot be described and is simply beyond words. As a translator myself I know how much of hassle and how much time it takes to translate each article, but these girls never complain and always complete translations in top time.

To our moderators YunhoGirl23 and keezay, for keeping our photo section tidy and updated as always on a daily basis. The job may seem simple, but it truly isn’t. Although keezay has to leave us now because of her busy schedule, I must thank her for her incredible number of contributions in the past.

To our graphic artists `__kawaii*, westkitsune, lilxinyue, jaeholiC*, and x. A N N I E, who are pushed to produce graphics in incredibly short timelines and yet their work is never sloppy. We wouldn’t have such pretty advertisements or wallpapers without them.

The forums’ success isn’t because of me or one person alone, we are what we are today because of our teamwork and because of your support. Every time I visit the forum, I feel very proud. Many forums aren’t able to past the one year mark, but our dedicated members have made that possible for us (THANK YOU SO MUCH). I can’t say for sure how many more anniversaries will come our way, but I will continue to do my best, and that’s a promise I hope to keep.

Of course, firstly, Congratulations to Yunho-sshi!!! The first anniversary always seems like the biggest hurdle to cross, and even though I haven't been here for all of it, it's been a great year. This forum is particularly special to me (even if my post count doesn't hint at it) because it was the first forum I ever joined and actually participated in. This has so very much to do with all the great people and fans in this community and I am very happy to see that this forum has flourished and continued to do so. Not to mention that I later discovered that I found out about TVXQ around the time Yunho-sshi was getting on its feet, lol. And I wrote my first TVXQ fanfic for Yunho-sshi's contest. Whoa. My TVXQ history is tied with Yunho-sshi.

Thank you, ever so much, genna, for starting and keeping up with this forum. And of course, to all the GMs, thanks for watching out for the forum and keeping everything as clean and wholesome as this forum evidently is. For all the translators: You don't know the amount of love we have for you. And the graphic artists, please, continue on so we can drool over your work. ^_~

You guys have been absolutely wonderfully approachable and all over the place. Thank you for all the good times that makes Yunho-sshi such a great place to dawdle in.

The story begins when a Yunho-obsessed fan began her search for a forum dedicated specifically to her beloved hubby. The journey brought her through many disappointments; some forums weren't starting up well, others were inactive, and many more just did not satisfy her love for the dear leader. It took many trials, but on May 3rd, a forum was found. This forum, named Yunho-sshi.com, is an international forum dedicated just for Yunho-sshi (hence the name), and has launched the fan into a world of friends, love, and devotion.

Yunho-sshi has always been able to be a big part of this fan's life. She would check the site every day for updates, chat with the plethora of friends that she has made, and just had a great time with everyone who registered. She took up a position on the team, becoming a global moderator to help make sure that the forum remained a success.

Through all the rule-breaking and spamming, she has (tried to) keep her silence, with slight reminders so that everyone remained friendly and calm. Though she now has less time to devote to the forum (due to monstrous AP tests of doom), she still tries her best to come onto the forum.

There are a group of people who have become her friends, her confidante, and her fellow wifeys (who thankfully do not try to fight each other for a higher position and respect the fact that jaejoongie is always the first wifey). With that note, the fan named Amy has a few words to her friends:

To ducky admin (genna): the forum would be nothing without you. You have done sooo much to keep this place afloat. Coming up with games, completing projects, spending time and money in order to create this haven for fans who love Yunho, there is no better person out there who could fill this position. You are one of the best admins (and people) that I have ever come across in my dong bang-ed world. ILY you duck butt loving adminnie <33

To Mrs. Park Yoochun (cassie): ahhh...my dear cassie. I don't know what I would have done without you. All those times spent teasing genna about her beloved junsu and whatnot...haha, it would not have been the same without you there. Now we are tagging each other on facebook like no one would believe (except perhaps angela, mia, trix, etc.) and we are still keeping in contact. Even though I always tease you about your hubby's hair styles (btw, he totally needs to cut his hair), it is always done in good fun. I hope you and Yoochun both know that >.< Thank you for being the great GA you are. ILY you weird hair styled hubby loving fool <33

To estel: My fellow mod and best friend to DBSK. Thank you for not fighting me about my wifey position. (LOL) You were always there trying to top the pages at Soompi to promote the forum, and so successful in that endeavor you were. =) Without you, this forum may still have been a small unknown site, but because of your dedication and hard work and patience with the land of the hotlinkers, we are now known as a main site dedicated to leader-shii. A big Congratulations!!!! Yunho-sshi 1st anniversary!!! Though I like TVXQ from 2006, but I never know that there is a yunho forum untill 2008, which is why my user name has a 08 behind. It is also to symbolize I sign up this acct at the year 2008.

There are many forum and blog that I go and read information, however some forums are like frozen and does not update frequently. When I found yunho-sshi forum, they are like my newpaper which have daily updated news for me!!!

And who may never predict that I even become their members and one of their translators. How fortunate that I can help the forum to translate the news or infor. So fun to enjoy reading it and translate into English.

Thanks to all our members and staff who takes care of the forum and make it a success!

Aaaah... it's already a first year anniversary to yunho-sshi^^... this forum is my first forum ever, where I meet my best DBSK buddies... from karin, amy, wendy etc^^...

I always feel very welcomed here and here is the only forum that successfully made me came out from my lurking shell and join the discussion..

thx so much for the interesting 5 months here. all the discussions and the info and the banner plus the graphics... all the hardwork that all the moderators have put to make each of the members feel welcome... Ohmygosh. Oh my gosh! It's one year anniversary already! ಡ_ಡ I might not be one of those first members, but I have to say, in such short time since I've been here, yunho-sshi really has became a part of my life. Without this place, I would never get to be what I am right now; nah, not going to be cheesy here, but it's just the truth! Yunho-sshi gave not only up-to-date information & youguysrockstranslationteam's awesome and fast translations, but most of all, a great place to hang and meet other fans! I don't know how many friends I got here, and of course, those ★Soulmates of Mine. ღ Main point; yunho-sshi is just one of those places that I would never forget in my whole life.

This site is absolutely amazing. <3 Thank you to Yunho-sshi staff members for keeping this site running smoothly. I've never met a staff like Yunho-sshi's; no matter what, you're all very approachable and understanding, which makes my visits here that much more enjoyable.

I haven't been very active within the last few months-mainly due to tennis-, but mostly due to laziness. Since an anniversary begins a 'new year' for whatever is being celebrated/remembered, I guess I can make a new year's resolution for Yunho-sshi's New Year! My Yunho-sshi Resolution: I promise to be very much more active! I'm the only one in my entire community that even knows about DBSK enough to listen to their music, and going to sites like Yunho-sshi is the only way I can find others that share such a same interest. I prom not to abandon you all any more! ;]

wow~ it's already one year for yunho-sshi~~
and this means that it has been half a year since i became active in forum

it began with me finding the ad for the 365 birthday project on facebook. i had a choice between yunho and changmin.. of course since i am in love with yunho, i came to yunho-sshi.
originally my plan was to just leave my message and leave, (like i always)
but something made me come back. ^^
and my first conversation here was with our dear ducky admin and global mod, amy XD
during this conversation, i made some new friends, and of course amy made me sixth wifey of yunho yay!
from then on.. it became a habit to check this forum first thing when i turn on my computer.
following that, i made lots of new friends, gained many unnies and dongsaengs, fight/bomb/shoot/snow fight a lot of people and was having the time of my life

so now.. my little individual messages:
to ducky adminnie: your secret weapon of being nice to people works really well XD thanks to you, i'm now a yunho-sshi addict XD i also now have my source for my daily dose of drooling/heart attack/deadly attack of hot/sexy yunho thank you for making this forum fun for a first timer forum visitor who later became a forum addict XD thank you for your hard work in making this wonderful forum dedicated to our favourite leader-sshi *huggles* love you bunch adminnie
